The
template below can be used to identify the different contributions made by
individuals/teams to team/organisational performance.
First
identify the competences required across the team/department/organisation and
list these in the left hand column.
Depending
on the level of analysis being undertaken, list the individual team members or
teams across the top of the columns to the right.
The
columns to the right can then be used by teams and organisations to identify
different roles.
This
enables teams and organisations to identify:
1 if
the area of practice is appropriate to their work
2 who
in their team/organisation would be responsible for undertaking the different
areas of work identified by the competences.
Hence it
may also identify where there should be activity but no-one is currently
undertaking this area of work.
